Construction Update

Construction of our fiber network continues throughout the Phase 1 service area and along backbone routes between service zones. We know it’s difficult for you to see our progress, so we thought we’d share some crew deployment stats to keep you informed about what’s happening. Here’s a snapshot of what our crew teams have been up to, with progress being made every day:

• 4 crews deployed performing pole make-ready work covering a 50-mile area
• 4 crews deployed in aerial construction have installed 54 miles of aerial strand and placed 39 miles of fiber.
• 1 crew deployed in underground construction has completed 16 miles of buried tie-in segments

SyncGlboal and Carroll EMC are fully committed to solving West Georgia's rural broadband gap. It's going to take time, but we’ll get there because we know how important it is to you.
