If you lose power due to inclement weather, please contact Carroll EMC to report that outage and check for updates regarding power restoration. Once conditions are safe and CEMC completes their work, our technicians will work to repair damaged fiber.
Once
power is restored to your location, if your internet service remains out please
reboot, i.e. power cycle, ALL Crossbeam equipment. If your internet
service is not restored by the reboot, please contact our 24/7 tech support at
678-821-6060 to open a ticket.
